We are seeking a Sales Associate to become an integral part of our small team. This role is key to the store's success- the Sales Associate sets the tone for the customer's experience from beginning to end, and drives sales by developing authentic connections and providing an individualized experience with curated product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming, helpful buying experience for customers 

• Knowledge of full product assortment and brand stories

• Offer suggestions and style customers based on individual customer preferences and needs 

• Restock, receive, clean, and maintain inventory & visual standards throughout the store

• Create a positive last impression while ringing customers out on our Point of Sale system with accuracy & efficiency

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has retail or sales experience, or a background in a fashion/styling related field- but not required

• Understands that customer service is the most important thing

• Is proactive and always looking for ways to support store team's needs, and is a natural problem solver

• Is kind, friendly, good at making people feel immediately welcomed, and truly enjoys connecting with others

• Has a strong sense of personal style and appreciates the aesthetic and brands carried at the store 

• Is punctual, responsible, and reliable 

• Is proficient in utilizing available technology to assist with our Point of Sale system and inventory tracking

This position pays $20/hour to start, and includes a discount on clothing.
